Mota-Engil Africa strengthens mining operations
Mota-Engil Engineering and Construction Africa has secured €99.1 million in funding from the EBRD to modernise and expand its mining operations in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal.
The project will enable the company to renew its equipment, increase efficiency and reduce fuel consumption and emissions. It also includes technical training, local skills development and measures to promote diversity and gender equality within the sector.
