Operation of the Jorge Luque Combined Cycle Power Plant in Tultitlán/Lechería, State of Mexico, with a total projected capacity of 1,660 MW.
The project included engineering, procurement, construction and testing (EPC), with integration of electrical, mechanical, civil and instrumentation systems. It also included the connection to distribution substations and gas networks.
