Báltico Building

Construction of an office building with an area of 32 000 m2 distributed by  16 floors above ground and 5 parking floors located in Lisbon, Portugal. It comprised excavation works, peripheral containment, structure, finishing, water and sewage networks, special facilities, HVAC, elevation mechanical means, MSW and landscaping.
