The Tultepec-Pirámides highway is a 27.1 km long A4-type road designed to improve connectivity between the north of the State of Mexico and the new Felipe Ángeles International Airport (AIFA).

The project is part of a system of freeways linking the Ecatepec-Pirámides, Mexico-Pachuca and Circuito Exterior Mexiquense highways. The project includes the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the highway.
