(1) Due to the complex context related to the COVID-19 pandemic, with real impacts on the world economy that, at the time of the decision, had not yet been fully estimated in terms of value and time, Mota-Engil opted for a conservative policy of not paying a dividend.
(2) In 2022, the General Meeting decided to award an additional dividend, subject to the performance of the results of the first half of 2022.
