Mota-Engil wins contracts worth 218 million euros in Poland and the Czech Republic
The Mota-Engil Group has secured several construction contracts in Central Europe, namely in Poland and the Czech Republic, worth 218 million euros.
In Poland, the National Roads and Highways General Directorate has awarded to Mota-Engil Central Europe a contract for the construction of a road stretching for over 16 kilometres and the construction of 14 bridges and the completion of a 15 kilometres section of Highway worth approximately 64 million euros. Mota-Engil Central Europe will also be developing other construction project, amounting to a total of 17 million euros.
In the Czech Republic, the Roads and Highways General Directorate, has awarded a contract for the construction of the Oldřichovice–Bystřice section for the road I/11 to be carried out over a period of 42 months, amounting to some 62 million euros. The Mota-Engil Group has therefore managed to increase its order book in Central Europe, a region where it has been present for over 15 years.
