Process for the implementation of the new management model completed
With a significant international growth over the past few years, together with the reorganisation carried out along the lines of a multinational corporation, Mota-Engil Group has now completed the implementation of the New Management Model.

Acknowledging the various dimensions which allowed the Group to evolve towards a new business reality which is both more demanding as well as being more complex due to its diversification and dispersal, the Group’s management has succeeded in applying the holdings and sub-holdings Management Model under the mandate beginning in May 2014 while promoting the nomination of its management bodies in parallel with the implementation process which was already underway.
